something tells me i'd have a problem with the "strapping in". i've used an extender and even with the most comfortable of straps it's a challenge to keep them on. i get erections constantly when wearing and it just ruins the attachment purpose and very uncomfortable. it may be different with the LM but im thinking my curve would also get in the way. so i decided on some manual exercises with the assist first

Manual exercises are great and will bring gains just be very consistent and progressive. Manual exercises need much more manual effort than tools so you will want to work up to your maximum intensity, just take your time getting there. If you ever decide to go with tools you know where to get them
