Poor Blood Retainment in Head

I used to have a big ass penis head, it was larger than the rest of my dick. Lately I have need noticing my penis head does not retain any blood. It just stays small. If I clamp it gets huge again, but a regular erection does not get it there. Whats going on, is something wrong with my dick? How can I restore harder erections with more bloodflow?

I´d say jelquing.
Remember to start slowly with your extender in the beginning and work your way up in levels.
Don´t keep it on for too long if you don´t have the experience and have gotten used to it.

You, my friend, don't have an up-to-par CS chamber. I have suffered from this problem since I first started playing with myself to notice it. The head would never inflate. I do different types of jelqs and pumping to help this out. After over 2 months of working on it my dick gets harder than it has ever been and the head actually stays somewhat full! It's getting better everytime I work on it. The CS chamber actually inflates now too, whereas it used to just be flat. I'm hoping that in a year I can get a ����-star look in my CS chamber.
