Hie everyone, I had been making great progress in Penis Enlargement up until about a month ago when all gains stopped. Now I am not sure what to do. I do the newbie stretches 1 min each direction 4 times, 2 hours extender each day, and 20 minutes of Bathmate and Bathmate stretches each day. Do I have to add more exercises, methods, I'm not sure?? How do I get out of this plateau?
 
change you workout man! you should superset your Bathmate sets.

here's my routine, maybe it'll inspire you

6 minutes warm up in a large hot glass of water (I found it the best way to warm up, I put my ballz in the glass too)
6 minutes manual stretching
6 minutes jelquing
6 minutes pumping
6 minutes jelquing
6 minutes pumping
6 minutes jelquing
6 minutes pumping
3 minutes Slow Squash Jelq
6 minutes pumping
3 minutes Slow Squash Jelq
