Has anyone got any pictures of exercises they find are good.
Also could someone put some pictures or movie of the __________ stretch please mission man put some up but had problems understanding it properly thanks.
 
I would also like too see a video with it, since it's described so complicated in the text we are reading.
 
It's described so complicated but I have a feeling it really is so simple to do. If you've seen pictures of it that have been drawn (should be in that thread somewhere) you will instantly get it.

This is my interpretation (may be wrong):


Have your dominant hand (mine is my right, so I will describe it like that) facing palm upwards (all fingers and thumb facing the left)

Get a grip on your glans or just below with your index finger and thumb (palm still facing up). Gripping like this may feel a bit alien at first.

Then imagine having your dominant hand in a closed fist. Turn your closed fist so that the palm would be facing the floor now, and the top side of the hand facing upwards.

Do that whilst gripping your glans, there you go. Pressure is created by using the wrist as a fulcrum, i assume.

These can also be done bundled, although to start off just do it normally.

I havn't actually done the stretch yet, but that is what I'm seeing. Let me know if I am wrong anyone.
 
I don't see how these are so complicated. Blue Whale did a good job describing them and others have posted pics and videos.
 
kiplynx, I think you are indeed wrong :/ I did the illustrations, and I know I've got a handle on what the exercise is. I'll attempt a simple explanation.

The __________ Stretch, right handed, half twisted:

The initial grip is palm down, with your thumb facing your body.

Without letting go, bring your hand up and around the right side of your penis (if you're using right hand) and place your pinky on your pubic bone.

Now you are in position, your knuckles should be resting on the dorsal/top side of your penis. From here you can push down or pull out to generate force. Use your pubic bone as leverage.

Note: This is the bundled version, to do the unbundled version, begin your grip with a twist in your penis. This is because the action of bringing your hand up and around your penis will naturally create a half-twist.
