Yup, I picked up some pipe cleaners today and this works well. Only problem is that the attachment point requires that the glans and bell sit further back in the cradle, instead of the far side of the cradle as would be the case if using the extender as it was designed. This is fine if you do not have a very long flaccid stretch. But I'm over 9" and so I use up almost all my extension rods, with only a couple of 1/2" rods left. So, I came up with another idea that you may or may not want to try. I posted all the details in a new thread on the Phallosan forum. Check it out and let me know what you think.

So crazy how we come up with all these crazy modifications using basic materials that actually make it better than the original. The Tool great but add a pipe cleaner and it is so much better! So ghetto but so creative!
