I'm new here, so i thought i'd contribute something. this is what I do for a PC muscle workout, and it works very well from what i've seen. I haven't seen anything like this on the forum (i am new, so i might not have seen it or have been looking in the wrong places), so i thought you guys might enjoy a little extra info.

first, take a hand towel (from your bathroom or something), fold it so the trim is touching each other and it looks like a rectangle. do this one more time, if needed, then turn it into a "donut" of sorts. (This is optional, but i find it helpful) now take a rubber band (preferably a relatively thick one, so it will be able to withstand use and go a long time without breaking), and wrap the rubber band around the "donut". this will act as a weight for your penis. stick your dick in the hole, after getting an erection, and kegel.

i am up to 2 hand towels (about 0.2 pounds), and i do 300 kegels and 3 mins of holding. i'd recommend starting with 1 hand towel, 50 kegels, and 30-60 secs of holding, and work your way up. feedback is appreciated =D
 
can you make a diagram or take a pic of this kind of confusing.
 
i'll do my best to try to describe it better. take a hand towel, and fold it so it is a rectangle (make the edges of one side go over the edges of the other side). next, make the edges touch (forming a cylinder). there should be a hole, big enough to fit your penis in it. i use a rubber band stretched around the cylinder (similar to wearing a belt) to hold it together, which makes the whole process simpler. i hope this is a better description
 
I think I understand, you are folding the towel and rubber banding it to your shaft so you can do weighted kegels? correct?
 
sorry for the wicked late reply (totally forgot about this thread), but yes. weighted kegels for increased intensity on the PC muscle =D
