Is it possible to overwork your PC muscles? because i feel like i can do kegels all day every day without getting pain or fatigue.

I am the same way, I can go forever with no problem....a sign of a strong PC muscle.

i held it for about 20 minutes each time before it started to burn, but it did burn which is good. afterward though, it doesn't burn and i can still do more, so i guess i will :p

Whoa thats a long hold.. when you first started how long could you go?... How high is your angle of erection when your at 100% erect?

dmoney101, i don't know what you're approach was but your muscles seem to be very similar to mine.

For the exercise i gave you it is necessary to stop everything you are doing and focus on these muscles. There is no way you can hold this at MAXIMUM strength for 20 miniutes THREE times. When i say maximum strength, i don't mean sitting there at the computer holding a kegal and having a drink, eating dinner, and plucking armpit hairs. I mean teeth clenched, fists squeezed and anus tight enough to suction cup yourself to a window. Try bringing your knees up and crouching into a ball while you do the exercise. You need to really mentally push yourself for these few miniutes and even after you are done and you are still able to kegal, don't worry about it, it has worked hard enough. Remember every other day..

If this still doesn't work I have another exercise for you but i would rather here that you at least stick this routine for a little bit because it will teach you how your own muscles work and how they feel when they have been worked hard, you must really hone your sences into this area to feel them.

I've discovered that when you orgasm if you kegal REALLY hard, you can stop your orgasm, which can lead to non-ejaculatory orgasm. I've done this (check my routine thread) and it took me about a month once I figured out what I had to do. Just every time your orgasm, try to kegal it back. If your PC fails and you start ejaculating, don't lose hope just kegal really hard again, and again. Eventually you will dry-orgasm reliably, and have a super strong PC muscle from overloading it when you try to hold back the ejaculation.

well i did them while i was working on a project lol. i did hold hard though (not maximum strength the entire time). i'll try again tomorrow (resting today) and see how it goes
 
Pc muscles are somewhat like abs. They are very conditioned from being engaged all day. So they have a high endurance tolerance. This is why you need to find a way to push them to there limit.

P.S. I love banana boys PC routine...good stuff!
 
To answer this, I dont think you can overwork the PC muscles unless you do it hour after hour after hour day after day with resistence added .. this is hard to do, so not many will have issues.

The PC muscles dont need much stimulus to change and become stronger.

It's true. Just following the simple PC routine in the newbie routine is enough to do the job and it is pretty basic.
