Here are the instructions for the MityVac - Wet and Dry Penis Vacuum Pump System HydroVac system

Ok, so just to be clear, are we saying that air pump can be as effective as bathmate if you use the sleeve?! This could change my life if true

Bathmate is so effective due to it being hydro [water] which helps on many levels with user comfort, but as well it keeps the penis warm in the shower or bath.

Air pumping is effective, but can be uncomfortable at higher pressures, but when using the sleeves it is much more comfortable, and the fluid retention is reduced.

The Mityvac, which is a MOS flagship product, allows the user the best of both worlds ... its Hydro/Air hybrid.

Exactly the benefit of our pump over the bathmate is that it not only does Hydro pumping it also does air pumping.

Hey guys i tried to look for the instruction but it only send me to the MoS Shop and at the end of the description it dosent say how to pump or feel it in with our or how to attach it.

Could you please put pics or a simple video?!

Thanks for you hard work!

Ok, so my question i guess, is can one gain permanent girth via air pump?

Yes, air pumping has been around for a long time and several men have gained with just air pumping.
But we've learned much during the years about pumping, reducing fluid retention and so on. And especially the possibilities of hydropumping.

I'm sure glad with Mityvac you can do both, Bathmate is a nice tool, don't get me wrong, but it needs water to work, just using it by air with Vacu-Vin mod isn't so great. (I've tried!)

A very funny question I will say. As long as you are getting same expansion/effect you get after your bathmate session, you will do just fine with the mityvac

One of the benefits of hydro-pumping is the ability to fill the pump cylinder up with warm water to help relax tissue as you pump. Relaxing ligs/tissue aid in better tissue expansion.

Also hydro-pumping has been known to help reduce fluid retention but many people report that they still get fluid retention when hydro pumping.

So a great combination is hydro-pumping with warm water and a silisleev on. This way you get the relaxing of tissue as it expands but control fluid retention. Pop a siliring on to keep the tissue expanded and you are all set.

I am looking for hard data. Head to head with the best, the Bathmate. I really love that the base ring of the MityVac works with the Bathmate, big props to @Lightning. So what I want is people who have both to give a very honest review. With that data I make adjustments to SRT - Suppressed-Restricted-Transposition Theory. It will also allow us to get data comparisons on post girth expansion, edema or fluid retention, fatigue levels, length of post girth expansion and many other data points.

We are making a short video monday.

Attention All MityVac users, we just updated the MityVacs with new high-end air-vac connectors. Tomorrow we will be sending everyone the new 12" air-vac hose and CBC cylinder connector that screws on top of your MityVac pump cylinder. These are new high-end parts and they are a new style and they will fix any issues you may have with a loose connection. We will also send you an extra set of MityRings with the upgrade.

Look for an email shortly.

MONDAY!!!

Looking for that! Weekends don't carry so much for me, as post doesn't come. (Among other things, no 9-5 job, so weekends aren't so fantastic now than they might had been before.)

Such a treat to hear about the new connectors! Lightning just doesn't quit until things are perfect! :)

We aim for the best and that is why we put these out there at this introductory price. Its win, win. Members get the to save money and get all the upgrades for life and we get the feedback to make them better.

Thanks for the reply Lightning !!!!

YOu guys do deliver!!!1
Just make my shitty week so much better !

As you're well-aware, I've had a love affair with my modded X40 for 4+ years (and have added the Vitallus+ to the mix just recently). With that being said, I'm certain I would be able to provide in-depth comparison between the two (the most obvious advantage of the MityVac being it's ability to be used outside of the bathroom). I'll keep checking my mailbox and make a full report once received.

As an aside...water pumping has the advantage over air pumping due to the higher density of H2O, thusly able to impart more force against your member, (think of 'torque' vs. 'horsepower')
