I would work on length and use pumping as a supplement for both length and girth by stretching the tunica.
Do you have the Length Master? or you could go manually with your hands.

You need to get the length master and focus fully on length work first before putting all your efforts on girth.
This is what I plan on doing.
I'm using my hands with a copper pipe wrapped in gaffers tape. Kind of like the broomstick @squirt_inducer_man suggested to other users. I'm really hoping the MOS shop gets the 9.25 x 1.75 Mytivac back in stock soon so I can use the 18% discount code.
