Need help!! Stopped gaining!!!!

Hey everybody,
Im extremely stuck coz I have stopped gaining even whilst doing over 3 hours a day of active pe!! Could anybody help me out?

What have you been doing precisely? I mean what's your routine? Do you have a large fat pad?

You need to change your routine then..your penis is getting used to the exercises...and 3 hours a day its a bit much i think.Slow it down,you might be overdoing it and its not good.Give your penis some rest.

I would first like to know what you are doing for 3 hours? We definitely can help you if you can give us more information. Have you kept a log? What exercise and equipment are you using?
