I do not understand whats going on with me. I dont have problem getting an erection but I lose it within minutes of penetration. I have decided to stop masturbation completely as sometimes I can do 4-6x in one day. It's so frustrating, I want to be able to have normal sex.

Stop masturbating, stop watching ����...after several weeks of not masturbating you will want to explode. You'll then masturbate like a normal non-jerk off addicted individual once and you'll see an enormous difference in EQ. From then on, don't masturbate more than once a week.

You have a case of "death grip" meaning that you've jerked off so much that you NEED the feeling your hand gives you to stay hard. This is a chemically learned behavior, there's nothing wrong with you health wise.

I have been in your situation, believe me. Google nofap, it's good for motivation because stopping jerking it all the time isn't an easy thing to do.

Two things, as neognostic mentioned already, quick ����, usually ���� is used as an excuse, ���� can be enjoyable, but it also can hurt. At some point in my life, I was so addicted that I even had to jerk off after I had sex. Not healthy for your body, not healthy for your relationships. Block the websites you use mostly, you can do it via your router for example. Second thing is exercising, I mean here your mind and your body, mind by for example meditation or just being in the "NOW" and exercising, you can hit the gym but you also can do it at home, if you don't exercise yet, start small, start doing some push ups at least, sometimes it's good to start big right away though, have the workout of your life right away just to break some habits. Also, not sure at what point you are in your Penis Enlargement, but keep Penis Enlargementing without using ���� as stimulant and do kegels. Change your diet, no sweets, no alcohol, no cigarettes, no fast food.

But most likely YOU DON'T. Don't mean to be a killjoy, celttank, but we weren't meant to be able to have this kind of stimulation 24/7. I'm guessing the family jewels are just fine. it's the brain that needs to be rewired.
 
Over reliance on ���� and masturbation is easily a boner killer.
I use both, but I have to make sure I don't overdo it.


I would definitely recomend a detox period from ���� and whacking off until you're feeling back to normal.

What was your experience like? I just want to be able to maintain erection for 20-30 minutes and more instead of losing it after 2 minutes.

Yep, duder, great link. I just wanted to reassure him that he most likely doesn't need hormone replacement therapy. If I was him that might have spooked me is all. I wasn't trying to directly address you except for replying to that one part. You totally sound like you know your stuff here.

It's going to take some time. I don't know what your situation is but DEFINITELY go to celttank's link: yourbrainonporn.com and check out r/nofap at reddit.com. I don't have a steady woman at this time so I've just taken nofap, Penis Enlargement, and working out/diet and made them one big thing. It's helpful to me discipline wise and I've replaced unhealthy things that were hurting me with healthy things that make me feel good. It'll take a while for you to "reset" but for me a key goal is just to be able to masturbate in a healthy way, not in a "browsing the internet looking for the perfect scene" kind of way. The first two and a half weeks were easy for me because I was fed up with myself...the last week has not been easy but it has been an exercise in discipline and I'm thankful for the challenge.

Most importantly, I think, don't worry about whether you're "okay" or not. You are, you've just wired your brain to react specifically to pixels on a screen and your death grip hand. This can be undone. I will say that if you don't undo it then you're EQ will likely continue to suffer. For me this created depression. If you need to take a break from Penis Enlargement in order to separate masturbation and Penis Enlargement in your mind then do so. To me, EQ is always going to be more important over the long run and every woman, I think, would agree with that notion.
 
Good fucking information men! Excellent link but I would take it with a grain of salt and read the work to become informed, not inundated or obsessed. Just like everything good in our lives, we need to show discipline and respect for these things, if we do not, we simply fuck that pleasure up for ourselves. Stopping masturbation will do it for you. Also, do lots of kegels as well. If you masturbate daily, it should be once per day. But I don't recommend daily masturbation though. It drains you completely.
