Now first off, I hate to add on another insecurity that might fuel another potentially life-killing obsession for us men out there, but I've recently looked into exploring the very real possibility of naturally increasing one's height without the use of dangerous injections and limb stretching surgery, surgery in which they basically break your bones and add metal.

I want to say this: some of us probably obsess just a little too much about our physicality and our vanities and our overblown insecurities. I'm 5'6", but am regularly mistaken for 5'9" and higher. Shoes, boom, an inch. Lifts, boom another inch. Hair, boom another inch. Vertical lines in clothes and a bit of charisma, and height is purely a psychological perception. (Side note, if you want to explore an under-tapped resource of wonderful women, seek tall ones. They are much more accepting of shorter men. Add joke later.) For feck's sake men, some of us with big penises can't find a decent girl to settle down with and some rich men are the most unhappy and some of the prettiest people are the most pathetic and hilarious as it is to say, what matters is inside! Our spirit and love and personality and relationships and friends and family. And what have we got to say to ourselves when might one day we look back and see that we wasted years on superficial things when we could have read poetry and played with our kids and learned French and appreciated this beautiful world. Any obsession can be a bad one. The Call of Duty player, the obsessive Penis Enlargement-er, the food addict, the sex addict, the muscle-heads. It truly does not matter as much as we think.

That being said, I think there are simple things and exercises that you can do that others have testified to have given them height growth. And I think, even if not a single fraction of an inch is gained, the exercise will still be good for us. Mind, body, and spirit are so much more intricately connected than most of us think. We know the basics. When we are mad, our heart rate increases and blood rushes away from our brain. When we are sad, we produce liquid through our eyes. When we are scared, a strange goose pimple sensation overwhelms us. When we are turned on, we obtain an erection. Those are the basics on how the mind and spirit affect the body. But damn does it go deeper than that.

I know very little about adult height gain, but I sense that there might be a synergy between the natural HGH (Human Growth Hormone) produced from a height gain work-out, that may help in Penis Enlargement. Purely speculative; I have no idea.

Now there are many examples of this sort of thing in athletics and culture. Pitcher's arms are routinely inches longer than their other. Weird tribes around the world extend their necks inches and some Asian tribes collapse their girls' feet in tiny shoes. People regularly increase the size of their penises by inches ;). Some Ancient martial artists routinely broke their bones because they knew they would become stronger as they regrew. I broke my collarbone as a child. The first thing I want to see is concrete proof. Before and afters. That was the first thing I wanted to see in Penis Enlargement, and damn, was it there. I have only recently come across the idea of adult height gain, so I have near next to no information. I came to plant a seed. Please do not have false hope. Remain skeptical. And don't any of you miserable bastards out there dare ever think to blame your problems on your height or on your penis size or what have you. I've seen the 'best' of them crumble and the 'worst' of them succeed. Countless "what is she doing with that guy" and short self-pity and all the things inbetween. I've met some of the most terrifying short men and hilarious, life of the party types and straight up pimps with a woman every week a few inches over five. In a sense, they were lucky. Because of society sometimes being cruel, that which was meant to bring them down made them stronger. And in a sense without it, they would not have become the great men that they became. Look at all of our supposed flaws as our advantages, no matter how terrible. You are not the sum of your parts.

Gaining height, for me, had a lot to do with my posture and stretching exercises. I did not gain tremendous height but I am about an inch taller than I used to be. (5' 9" to 5' 10"). I basically just concentrated on standing tall and various spine stretching exercises I found about the net. I am not too sure if I gained height but I do, now, stand at my full potential.
 
I asked my chiropractor about this topic a while back, he mentioned that raising the foot of your bed, say an inch or two would relief pressure on the spine and allow it to expand while you sleep, never tried it, my wife would have just bitched about to much :)
 
I raised the bottom of my bed about two inches for about 6 months (before I relocated) and I didn't see any difference. I know Fedora has had some success with HI, check his thread out. I have a chin up bar in my bathroom that I hang from occasionally but I haven't dedicated any serious time to HI. I'd rather stay 5'9" and have a huge dick! JK, I would like to be taller, I just need to prioritize it more. I believe that increasing HGH has some possiblities, although we may have a slim time frame during natural growth in which to take advantage of it. The problem lies in being able to increase HGH without taking the injections, they are very expensive. None of the natural, over the counter products that supposedly increase HGH have not been shown to be effective, to my knowledge. Also, check out Yoko or Kimi shoe inserts, supposedly they have raised bumps on them that stimulate GH production via reflexology, I've read lots of mixed reviews on them, the verdict is still out in my book.

I grew from 6 to 6'4 from 20 to 23, drank 2 cartons of milk a day, 6 meals (chicken, beef), and did heavy compound lifting 6/7 days. Came close to giving up alcohol, god that was a tough year.

Fucking hell man, how'd you do it? What is heavy compound lifting? Would you by any chance have before and after pictures? You can blur out your identity.

heavy compound lifting = bench press, deadlift and squat and making sure you advance in weight+reps every single week you possibly can

the pictures I do have from those years aren't really scientific proof.. (messing around with friends)

one thing is my upper body seemed to expand to be the same length as my legs, so maybe I just reached my optimal height rather than stretching anything out, I'm between 4-5 inches taller than my father right now and thats about the maximum I think without weird hormone disorders.
 
Adult height gain is definitelly possible, but it requires religious dedication. Improving your posture, improving your nutrition, stretching every morning, swimming, cycling, weight lifting for large muscle groups, hanging from bars, ankle hanging, proper posture when sleeping, jumping... You have to want it really really bad.

I am 5'6'' and honestly don't give a fuck. I have an average dick which according to my growth spurt is going to be above average in a couple of months, I can lose weight easily, I can gain muscle easily, I am naturally broadshouldered even though my shoulder muscles have the size of a little girl. I'm not ugly at all, I am freakishly strong for my size, I look like I've been working out, and almost every girl or woman I meet mentions that to me. I live in a country where the majority of women are either the same height or shorter...

But to relate height gain with Penis Enlargement, I think it's very connected. Especially with muscle weight gain, which encourages the production of growth hormone and that can logically be used for all stuff.

All in all, Penis Enlargement is muuuch easier. It doesn't require almost any willpower to stick through the program, changes come faster, you don't have to spend hours and hours per day, the only problem is probably privacy.
