So i took into what childish said about not enough intensity
At first i thogt i was but i realized i was only given full intensitt some of the time
I took that into reconsideratikn and im restarting with a more postive outlook
So my first theee days i dis the peogram dld gave me
And i swear 100% its been intense ive been really sore after. I can feel my skin stretching. My dick will be sore. Im literally shreddin that LM when i pull. Today i didnt have my lm so no workout but tomorrow i will
 
just follow the routine for a three months period non stop n gains are supposed to show,If they dont you have to change your routine..:)

It sounds like you are doing much better. I am happy to see you less anxious and more at ease with PE.

You might get injured using too much intensity.The LM is powerful,be careful with it.Apply enough intensity but do not go overboard.Stay consistent.Do not overly masturbate.Watch your diet.
