But what I have been doing is just basic stretches, up down left right, with about 50 really intense rotaries after that basic set. One thing I noticed, if I make the Ok sign around the base of my dick, it kinda acts as extra leverage, because whenever I do it right, I'm always sore as hell for a few hours afterward. Afterward, 600 really expansive jelqs. Although watching an interesting movie while doing it is probably not the best idea, because sometimes its hard to maintain about 70% for me. I should be doing more kegels though! Ahhh! I got the meat, but I'm missing the fucking potatoes!
