I'm 78 workouts into my routine and have had slow, but somewhat steady increases in my BPFSL post-workout. I've went from 7 7/8" to 8.5". After two weeks, I was scheduled to measure again. I was hoping to get another 1/16". This time, 8.25"....lost 1/4"! So, I did it the next day. Again, 8.25". Nothing new, healing using UJW each day. Why, not only did I not have any gains, but shrink? I was hoping this routine would get me to 9" BPFSL, but it's sure not looking like it. Please advise, losing motivation.

What routine are you using?

What routine are you using?

5 minutes warm wash clothe
2.5 minutes 720° bundles to the right
2.5 minutes 720° bundles to the left

3 rounds of 4 direction power assist fulcrum base penis stretches

1 round of 4 direction 360° bundled newbie stretch

1 round of 4 direction unbundled newbie stretch

Whole thing takes about 45 minutes.

I wonder if it’s fatigue causing this I know it’s a sign of growth. I’m sure @DLD has the answer.

Yes fatigue can cause variables until it is permanent. The workout looks good to me so I think with time you will get there and beyond

So...it's been about 13 weeks since I started this routine. I've averaged 6 days on, 1 day off. Do you think a 3 or 4 week decon break is in order? Maybe more? After 10 weeks is where the BPFSL gains peaked, then they stalled and even fell off. I'm not a newbie, and I know there's more intense stretches I could do, but I'm trying to plan and make the workouts progressively harder as I hit sticking points.

Ideas from anyone who's been in this position are appreciated!

Maybe take a few days off but no more than 7. This should be enough time to reset
