When stretching, I've noticed that I have to stretch up or straight out, If I pull downward I see the ligs get very thin, making me believe there's no more lig-inner penis left to pull out.
When stretching up (the tunica I believe), there is definetely an inner penis to pull out, hence possible gains,

So what I'm wondering from you guy's personal experiences, I'm I limited to the tunica gains, or is it realistically possible for the existing lig to actually actually adapt and become longer once the inner penis is pulled out?

According to Bib's LOT Theory someone who has slowed in LIG gains should concentrate of TUNICA gains. As data has compiled on this theory it seems that after a extended period of TUNICA work the user can go back to LIG stretching. If this is true gains will continue if the user watches his LOT and changes his routine according to their LOT.

just remeber that although he is a very succesful pe'er, bib is not a scientist.

i say dont limit yorself to only one type until you KNOW for yourself judging by your own experiences that you will gai more from a certain type of stretch.

I dont think there's a limit for most guys. Within reason. I think most men have the potential to end up with 12"+ of non bp length but many factors such as losing the psychological drive to keep pushing on for more gains once a guy hits a certain length.

Can I be unreasonable then? :blahblah:

i also dont really think there is a "limit" even plateus...and some people just give up at that point, instead of changin their routine to produce better results
