This is a strech I've been doing for a few days and I think it's simply the most powerfull lig strech yet and one that makes full use of the Length Master strong points

This is a LM variation of the DLD Table Top Strech. I used to do LM BTC streches when I started using it but now I switched to this because it is more intense and I can hold it for MINUTES at a time(3-10 mins) and unlike most streches it uses your own bodyweight for the strech(witch is around 165 lbs for the average male) instead of your hands, do your own math as the power of this :)

The LM Table Top Strech
Attach your Length Master and make sure you have a good grip then pass the LM though your legs so it ends in a BTC position(just like you do when you're doing your BTC streches).

Now pick a table or a piece of furniture that has a flat top and it's a bit taller then your pubic area(i use a washing machine) and turn your back to it so your buttocks are almost touching the edge of the table.

Put(rest) your hands with the LM on the edge of the table and hold it in place(at this point your knuckles should be very close to the edge of the table top).

With your hands and LM resting on the edge of the table top sligtly flex your knees alowing gravity to pull your body down and strech the penis.
Sometines the best strech will be found by leaning away from the table or slightly trusting your pelvis forward or flexing your knees or doing all of theese togheder so you'll want to experiment around until you'll find your maximum strech position.

I do 1 set straight folowed by one set bundeled left(1.5 twists) then twist it the other way for another set. I repeat this 2-3 times and hold each strech for 1-2 minutes.

Try it out and let me know what you think.

Now this sounds like a very powerful stretch. I will try it tonight but I can already feel it without even trying. Hopefully the video server will be up soon and we can see a video of this exercise. Great work Blue!

I've never done the LM btc stretch using a table or other surface but have with resistant bands. Im sure the intensity between table and resistant band can be made to be the same. the resistant bands just allow for more dynamic stretching b/c you can vary from low to high tension and in between very easily.

at 3:07 into the video below i show the LM btc stretch

Yes, I can see just how similar the two stretches are. Thanks for the video Youknowme.

I have a new, even more powerfull strech that came out with this week that I consider to be the improved BTC, I call it BTH(behing the heels) that can be performed manual but it's an absolute tunica-killer when done bundeled with the LM.

I'll post it sometimes next week.

i'm picturing having to be somewhat flexible to perform that stretch

Well, I have a lot of flexibily due to ballroom dancing that I've done in the past but I think this can be done by anyone unless you have some knee issues or pain you should not have a problem to get into the position and it is very easy for men that have small flachid streched length compared with BTC witch is very dificult to do with 5ish" of FSL (I've been there).

so a sitting position with the knees splayed out slightly to be able to apply pressure to the LM handle bars?

I have done this and it is very powerful. I don't think it will give as good of intensity as the table top, due to how the body can press enormous weight when dipping, but very similar.

do you think the bth stretch requires more effort to perform the btc stretch?

It's up now:
http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/lengthmaster-forum/84595-length-master-bth-streches.html

It's less force but more time under tension with the regular BTH, but the V-BTH forces more tissue plastic deformation with less force then BTC because of multiple points of strech or fulcrum, however if youre going for standrd BTC the table top version where you lock your hands on a ledge and then go into a small dip with your body to create the strech remains the most powerfull version.

I don't understand the question???

i got my answer when he posted the pic. i was imagining performing this stretch in a different position then he does it. the btc stretch takes little effort on my part to perform. i was asking if you think the bth stretch would require more effort. but that position is very easy. just depends how long a person can comfortably remain in that position

A LOT more time then with the regular BTC strech, after 20mins your knees will start to hurt but who streches for that long anyway... that's why hangind was invented :)

my ankles dont like that forced extension position of of the bth stretch. i know this from practicing bjj moves where you have to be positioned like that for a long time. but the more you do it the easier it gets

It does get tiring quickly but as you stated below with practice it becomes easier and easier. It is an amazing stretch and even just 5 minutes will cause some good stretch.

you're right hahahaha. it's not like i have to stay in that position for 20 minutes straight hahahahaha. i think that is where my mind was going b/c the times in my life where i have actually been in that position were for a long time and i didn't like it b/c my ankles started to get sore/hurt but i just had to tough it out for training.

funny when previous experiences can shape and affect the way you feel about something even though it may not be the same situation. whether it's a PE exercise or a more confrontational subject
