This morning I had an amazing stretch session. Towards the end I was just stretching downwards and for some reason I started flexing my abdominal muscles and felt more pressure on the ligs. I'm wondering if anyone else here has tried this, or even if someone else has posted about this. I did a few searches but came up with nothing.
When flexing, it basically tightens up the abs and the suspensory lig and pulled upwards a little.
