It really depends how you want to structure your workout. You could use the
Bathmate primarily for girth and go about DLD's 5x5x3 Girth Program (I think you should ease into this if you're just starting out. Maybe do regular Jelqs at first before SSJs): 5x5x3

You could do something like maybe an intensive stretching routine during your morning shower ( this is what I used to do but I also used to wrap my member to keep it enlogated while I was at school or work) and use the
Bathmate in the evening.
OR you could do 3 sets of 10 mins with the
Bathmate while incorporating
Bathmate stretches (lightly pulling on the unit at the base once you've attained a good level of suction) and do 5 minutes of Jelqing between each set.
