i'm in need to any girth gains, i'm 5" girth, clamping, jelqing...
and no girth gains.
does the Horizontal movement work?
 
what the fuck is horizontal movement? Look if anything, you doing to much girth work. Try lowering the amount of exercises you doing.
 
Ya man that's how I jelqed for about a year and a half. I never used to put pressure on the sides on my dick (which works the CS). Maybe that is why I really haven't gained as much depth as width.

I only used to put pressure on the top and bottom of the penis. The reason I did this is someone on �other forum�, I think, saying that doing it top/bottom worked length more and side/side worked girth more. Personally, I feel that side/side works better for girth. I'm hoping to get some really good depth, as this is how I try to jelq now, although it's much easier to jelq top/bottom than side/side.
 
Girth is a pain for me now...I'm really getting frustrated. I’ve been doing this:

Dry Jelqs-About 5 sets of twenty just for a warmup
Erect bends, the dld kind they give me pretty good expansion
Wall jelq things-Im still working with this strange exercise

I also take this wrist bracelet thingy (like those live strong bracelets) and apply a tourniquet at the base of my rod shaft. With the battery at the base, under the penis, I grip around it so its flush against the base and jelq upwards. I am experimenting with this and it works pretty good to finish the session.
