So lately I have been stretching a lot (I use the SizeGenetics with the VLC) but actually started having pain in my scrotum so I was looking into other ways.

What I came up with was putting on the VLC and taking a suspender (like for clothing, Ron supplies one with the VLC but they can be bought anywhere) I basically connect it to each side of the VLC and then wrap it around my feet while watching TV.

If I push my feet forward I get a super intense stretch, but can change the tension by bending my legs. If I want to stretch to the left, I just take out my right foot and open my legs a little (the same goes for the right)

My question is... Is it actually possible to over stretch? I know the comparison has been made to neck extending or ear gauging, where constant tension is applied all day every day, but I know that even ADS needs to be taken off every once in awhile.

I also get that super gum like malleable penis which I think is what we are going for.

So could I just technically do it all day if I have the opportunity?

keep stretching! yes super gum malleable penis is what we are going for. if you think the pain in your scrotum is from stretching just take back the intensity a notch and see if it goes away
 
hahaha! Man, I just had this idea right now and came here to ask in the VLC thread...lol

But mine was to use the suspender to do some BTC stretch. Don't know if anyone ever tried that.

Thanks youknowme, I will keep stretching for the moon then!

The scrotal pain is actually caused by the base of the SizeGenetics which is the reason why I switched up to the VLC attached to the suspender. When I do it this way, I just get an amazing stretch with zero pain at all.

Just some nice lig soreness in the morning which I actually like.

Haha that is crazy paradox! I was thinking "man I have been stretching for most of the day, I wonder if it's like weight training and I can over do it"

I have never tried it BTC until I read this... Then of course I had to try! So I just got into BTC and reattached the suspender to itself which feels amazing!

do you have any type of padding between the base of the SG and your skin?

I have tried a few things... Nothing has really gave me comfort. I tried to cut a sock, a piece of the foam, moleskin, I have even tried to Thera band my balls.

I think it might have to do with the fact that I have a pretty bad turkey neck, but I'm not completely sure.

turkey neck is most likely it. almost guarantee it.

he said there was pain. scrotal pain. he thinks it's b.c of TN. i agree with him. so just skin pain for him which to i say just just and relieve tension for a bit then get back to it

The pain is in the scrotal skin, because I have somewhat of a large T.N. I think that it is because of the base of the SG moving back and forth on the skin.
I know I have read here before that some guys feel the same burning sensation at the base that quickly turns into agony if it is not taken off.
