I would say you current weight is too much. I know someone that has gained around 2 inches over the course of his Penis Enlargement and he claims a lot of these gains came from hanging. He told me he had never hung more than 7 pounds. "What is important is not the weight, but the direction you hang at". I am not a hanger and I have no knowledge on this, but 24 pounds sounds like its a lot! :)
 
When I was hanging I started at low weight, around 10 pounds but over the course of 3 months, with proper wrapping, I was up to 65-70 pounds for sets of 20 minutes. For many guys this is a lot of weight and for some it is not enough:) Weight and hanging has a lot to do with your own bodies ability to handle the intensity. In many cases heavy weight may be difficult for some and the reason is usually in the way they are wrapping. A good wrap means a heavy hang.

dayumn thats a lot of weight
right now im hanging 3 sets of 20 minutes sitting on a chair with he weight hanging straight down
do you think i should change to btc with a lower weight or continue sd with the same weight

Completely agree on that one! A good wrap is essential! Which reminds me of the pump hanger Supra talked about. Sounds like it works wonders....

Yup, before I learned how to properly wrap I really was not able to hold much weight without tremendous pinching, so much so it made it impossible to hang more than 20 pounds. Eventually I learned how to wrap with proficiency and soon I was able to go very heavy. The deal with wrapping is getting the skin smooth at point of attachment, if any skin in not smoothed evenly you will get pinching. If enough skin is wrinkled over you may even get painful blisters. What is important is to be diligent in your wrapping technique. for me it goes:

1. Pre-wrap with Theraban and some baby powder (about a 2" x 12" piece). This is vital, douse yourself with some baby powered, and evenly and smoothly, with each wrap, be sure the Theraban is firmly holding the skin smooth.

2. Cotton cloth strip. (about a 2" x 12" piece) To fusion myself between the lower wrap and the weight of the hanging I use a soft, cotton t-shirt strip to give a soft, fusion. This is also used to hold the Theraban in place.

3. I lastly wrap everything into place using a ACE Bandage (3" x 36"). You can use as short a piece as you like, I cut mine to about 12". This is mainly to hold the entire wrap firmly in place.

4. I attach my LengthMaster (or whatever tool you are hanging with) being sure all areas of the penis are evenly centered on the wrap and where the hanger is attached.

5. I attach the weight.

Thanks for sharing! Is this the only thing a hanger should have a technique over or there are other specifications one needs to know in order to hang PROPenis EnlargementRLY?

Just get yourself a length master and focus on doing mainly BTC stretches and DLD Blasters for a solid 6 months. You will make gains quicker with this approach. I'm sure you know the length master.

I hope everyone understands how fast gains can come if you master LengthMaster 3.
It's such a small investment into what you will gro when using it. Every brother needs to have the length master.

There is. No limit to what you can hang as far as weight is concerned.It's more how your body is concerned so go with what your body tells you
