i have just started up and did phase one stretching today. I had to stop half way due to me constinetly get a semi-erection. The Session was running to long, so thats why i stoped. Dos anyone have a advice how to fight these semi-erects? Also what do u think is the best warm up, i tried the hot wet cloth, but it really didnt do that much for me. Well hopefully ill get some help thanks guys!
 
I use the Thermoflex as a warmup...no water, great warmup tool.

As for the semi-erects, try doing a vigorous physical workout prior to Penis Enlargementing. A lot of it is mental too. There is a thread about beating the semi-erections in the Mental Penis Enlargement forum. You can also try going into jelqing, then let it subside, and finish with stretching.

Do some pressups to transfer the blood or cup the head of your penis and 'push' the blood out. This used to happen all the time for me, but after a while it stops - you just get used to it... good luck :)

I'll get in the bath/shower for 5 mins or used a hot/warm flanel for warmup...
