i use a simple homemade hanger insipired in zen hanger i want to know if its better to a short lace to hang the weight this will make the weight closer to the penis or a longer one almost touching ground

Wow, that looks painful and dangerous. I would not use more than a pound with fear of damaging the base of your head. There are much better hangers out there that will deliver some real gains. The LengthMaster is the most versatile and will deliver gains very fast in comparison.
