Before we start a little bit about myself. I've been doing PE off and on for quite some time now i'd say about 1 year all-together. I started off with a newbie routine and then went on to a device. The extender. Made some quality gains on length that I'm happy with and now I'm moving on to girth.

Alright my fellow brothers, this will be the game changer of the year 2018.
So for the past month I've consistently been doing PE and well I been just using my third eye on how I can REALLY get the most out of these jelqing sessions.
Constantly you've been nagged on about warming up and stretching etc etc.
I'm here to tell you that yes that is the way to go whether you are looking for either girth or length it really doesnt matter.
So here the science before the exercise I'm about to introduce you to.
On average everyone has at least 1-2 inches of pubic fat. As Pe'ers thats one of our biggest rivals and is the reason why we take BPEL Measurements.
So when we do these regular streches, we are stretching the tunica a bit, but we are also stretching our ligaments and warming them up.

DEEP LIGAMENT STRETCHING
What I have never read about is DEEP ligament stretching.
So what do I mean by that?
Ok next time you start up a stretch.
1.Do it as you normally would but this time
2.GRAB YOUR FREE HAND
3.feel the OPPOSITE side you are stretching , make sure you follow your penis
4.MASSAGE THOSE LIGS
Pretty tight right ? *you can check by letting the stretching hand go and tighten up again*
Every ligament is different so you have to adjust to every angle you stretch to.
Those ligaments that you feel are the ones you must target with your free hand while you are stretching.
Massage that ligament DONT BE SCARED if you've been doing this for a while.
*******************BIG NOTE HERE GUYS . I'm POSITIVE I have gained on NBPEL from this one .
When Stretching STRAIGHT OUT there IS FOR A FACT going to be a VERY TIGHT Ligament . I am almost certain you will feel it from your base to about mid ways
So here's the exercise After you've done up down left right btc etc etc .

NBPEL GAINS
1. Stretch Penis out
2. Free hand makes an upside down L
3. Place web between thumb and index IN THE MIDDLE OF THE TIGHT LIGAMENT
4. Rock your ham back and forth STRETCHING that MIDDLE LIGAMENT * keep that other hand stretching your penis*
5. Keep going til desired. Until you're ready to jelq. It all depends on your goals

Variation for BASE LIGAMENT STRETCH
1.Stretch penis outward
2.free hand makes and upside down L
3. Place web between thumb and index deep on the base *dont be scared !!!*
4.Rock your ham downwards for the first count and back up for the second THATS ONE
5.When going back down you will visually see your penis getting longer AND ALSO you will feel on your upside down L GET LOOSER
THEREFORE READJUST YOUR L
6. Continue for 20 reps to begin.
So the conclusion to these is that it will prepare you for a very INTENSE jelqing session where you won't be as fatigued as usual.
In my own experience I have gotten that FEEL GOOD SORE back from doing these. I feel like this will be great for newbies starting out , hard gainers for length and also advanced PE'ers who have plateaued in length gains.
*tip* massage and stretch those ligs during those PE sessions.
Don't be lazy. Remember guys its a marathon not a sprint !!!
