Finally Starting! Any advice for a straight beginner?

Hey people,

I've been hovering around the site for a good few years and gained and lost interest but now I've decided I will start the JP90 90 day routine to start off.

My current stats are:

NBPenis EnlargementL - 6.5 inches (+/- 0.1)
BPenis EnlargementL - 7 inches (+/- 0.1)
FL - anywhere from 4 -4.7 inches depending
EG - 4.9 (+/- 0.1 inches)

My goals aren't too much but all I want is:

NBPenis EnlargementL - 7.5 inches
EG - 5.5 inches

I guess it's different for everyone but any ideas of what kind of time frames these kind of gains are gained in? (im not in a rush but just out of interest), also any extra advice?

eat healthy and enough calories.
I was stuck because of it and started to gain and heal much faster after I began eating healthy.
and don't be stressed about Penis Enlargement just enjoy it!

Start today with jelqs and basic stretches from Dlds first routine.

Read SRT and pick up gear if you can. If not stick with the manuals.

My routine and links may give you ideas. Made my first half inch gain over 1-2 months with just basic stretch routine and SRT principles.
