Finally figured out the Phallosan Forte

I've been experimenting with the phallosan for a while now and was having problems. I want to share this with anyone who hasn't figured it out yet.

Long story short and to put it plain and simple. Try the biggest suction bell! It's funny because I didn't realize it at first. You can actually get very nice suction in the big bell if you pack as much shaft and skin as you can inside the big bell along with your head and a small piece of cotton to protect the the glans.

I'm wearing the phallosan now with the SG and I'm in awe of the comfort. All I had to do was tape the phallosan tension thing to the SG face plate lol. I'm sitting pretty in green tension with so much comfort and not a care in the world.

I yanked on the tension hard too while testing it and the thing did not want to budge. It looks like I'm in the bathmate lol. I used a firm sleeve idk if it helped with suction or not but it's really solid like you could purchase this setup in a bundle.

So your way of managing it to stay on is working! That's great to hear. Perhaps this will help many other people with phallosan suction problems If possible make a video

Did you buy the phallosan using the MOS discount? If so how did you get it?

I use my pf with a lg hanger sleeve and literally one pump and you cannot loose suction for anything. I've experimented with many different sleeves and so far these are far superior to others I've tried. As far as doing what your saying with the large bell I personally wouldn't do that if I didn't have to the reason being when you don't actually fill a bell up you leave a air gap between your gland and the bell and this air gap is what cal lead to blisters. I get your trying to combat this issue with using the cotton all I'm telling you is get a good quality sleeve and you wouldn't have to do what your doing and take the risk. Just my .02 from someone who uses a pf daily and has done many difference mods and changes finding exactly what works for myself. Be safe brother

Will if it's working for him so far then I think it's good no? But if he does start to get the same problem with the blisters then a smaller bell and better sleeve could work as you recommend

Yes you are correct if it's going good for him it's his body and he is the only one who can react to what he thinks is working. All I was getting at is the pf is known to cause blisters from excessive air space in the bell but this didn't happen from one time use, it happens over extended use. The problem is once it does happen you have a much higher chance at blisters reappearing in the same spot from much less strain and time. So I was just trying to help him prevent this at all cost because it can really put a hault to someones leans just be a pita. Again it was just my .02 cents and I'm not claiming to be the leading expert but I have some good buddies along with myself who are of users so it's something to be careful of.

Would a small amount of baby power help to prevent blisters since the skin will be smoother?

I use baby powder on my protector caps after each use so yes it helps with blisters and also helps extend the life of the silicone. All I was saying was a warning that using a bell larger then what you are tends to cause more blisters from all the forums and friends I've talked to this about this is a general consensus it's because of the expiry air space that's left from your head not filling the bell.
Like stated before I'm not pro and there are many members who have more experience I was just trying to prevent this guy from dealing with that mess later on because no one likes blisters. He may never have a problem with his method i dont know but from my experience it made me raw when I did this exact thing. My ridge became raw and hurt to touch that's when I started researching and talking to everyone and learned the reasons as to why I believe it happened. I went back to correctly sized bell and never have had a problem since.

Sizing is very important and thank you for endorsing the baby powder fix. We want to make our own version of the PF and the SG so we can give even better pricing to the Brotherhood. So we have a few big things in motion.

I'm sorry I'm not exactly sure what you mean. Although you seem to know what I'm talking about.

Are you saying it's bad to tuck the head and shaft/shaft skin into the big bell? Because that's the only way it's going to grip.

I have tried the medium bell with just putting the glands in and it comes off. I have not tried the medium bell with the glands and shaft inside.

I use the soft white sleeves from auto extender and I cut them short and have no problems with the largest bell maintaining grip with the size genetics extender. Like I said I just have to tuck my shaft skin in the bell as well.

Yes I'm relying on conditioning and the cotton balls to avoid blisters.

I want to get the LG hanger so I'll check out their sleeves in the meantime the auto extender sleeves work fine.

The only thing I have to do now is sand the crap out of my PMP faceplate to accommodate the neck of the largest PF bell and then tape the faceplate to the SG bars.

I haven't been able the get the PF tension clip to work with the SG. Taping it to regular SG face plate is sloppy.

Happy Thanksgiving to my MOS family! Just want to share a quick update on my progress with the phallosan forte.

I've been using the largest pf suction bell with my glands and shaft/shaft skin tucked into the bell with a piece of cotton protecting the tip of glands from blisters.

Today I decided to try this with the medium bell. What happened was when I tried to put my glands and tuck the excess skin inside the bell it wasn't having it because it was too tight of a fit to pack it all in the medium bell like that. So what I did was pull my excess foreskin over my glands (I'm circumcised with a tad bit of skin left over) so now my glands are tucked inside my skin like I'm uncircumcised and my penis becomes shorter. I then put the foreskin first inside the bell then squeeze my shaft with my hand while holding the bell and my glands pop up inside the bell with an air tight fit. I kept trying it and got a perfect snug fit everytime with no air bubbles.

The sleeve I'm wearing isn't even anything special it's just a weak soft white sleeve from auto extender that I cut very short. When I pull on the suction bell with my hand with all my force I see that I have the best suction I ever had. Even if the glands get pulled away from the top of the bell I heard no sound of air escaping and one pump sucked the glands back to the top and I could pull on it hard yet again.

I'm also wondering if this will cause a little bit of foreskin regeneration because it's pulling the skin and the shaft. It could kill two birds with one stone and add shaft length with a bit of restoration as a nice side effect.

Quick note.. If using the method above make sure your glands are dry after you pee. When I urinated today and pulled up my excess shaft skin to enter the bell there must have been a few drops of pee stuck there and it caused a very minor blister. Make sure to use a piece of cotton ball along with a good piece of sticky medical tape over your pee hole. Maybe even sprinkle some baby powder on there like DLD said to keep everything dry and help grip even more.

Just want to give another update. I stopped putting my foreskin in the PF suction bell because I was afraid of discoloration and it wasn't giving a good internal penis stretch it was more like the VLC tugger.

Today I tried to put my glands in the medium bell and it was pain to get in unless I used lube and I heard any wetness in the PF will cause blisters.

Then I tried the largest bell and easily fit with room to spare although my excess skin needed to be tucked in (I'm circumcised) so basically the shaft below the glans is semi in the bell if that makes sense it's kind of hard to explain.

For protection I cut a piece of soft white silicon sleeve and placed it on the tip of my glands before I entered the bell.

The sleeve I'm using is the same soft white white sleeve from auto extender that I cut very short just to experiment with because I know a longer firmer sleeve would only make the suction better anyway.

I'm using the PF with the PMP faceplate that I grinded down the inner groove to accept the PF bell neck. I'll try to take a picture or video and post.

Right now I'm using this PF and size genetics with SG bars and the PMP face plate and it's not slipping off like another member said. It's acting just how the original SG faceplate would work.

I have a big bar and a small bar on the SG and stretching as I type this. I feel an internal penis stretch and to my amazement I'm not losing suction. Idk what happened before but I'm amazed at the setup right now.

I thought I wasn't going to be able to keep suction in the largest PF bell but somehow it doesn't want to lose grip even with a half assed sleeve. I feel an amazing inner penis stretch.

The best part is I don't have to use those silicon lubes that dry out my skin with the PMP and it's easier to put on with the mini pump. I'm just shocked right now because I thought the largest bell simply wouldn't work. And the setup ended up more simple and effective than I thought and is extremely clean and professional.

Thanks for the advice. When you say faceplate what are you referring to?
