Fat Burners. What do I need to know?

I am 5'5" and 17 years old. I know I am a shorty, but I have grown comfortable with the fact. I have always dated smaller women and had no problem with it. But, ever since I was a kid, I was a little chubber. Now I am not talking about over weight with rolls showing through my clothes. I am simply talking about a little baby fat. Anyone who saw me in my clothes would say, "Pfft! You aren't chubby!".

In the past year I have been going to the gym more often so I am getting more definition out of my body. The problem is, when I gain muscle mass, it seems to make that little bit of chub more prominent. Are you lost yet? If so, I am sorry. Lol. Anyways. I am starting to stick to a cardio routine and a diet. But, I figure since I am "really" attacking this fat thing for the first time, why not experiment. I just recently got a job so I would like to see what natural fat burners are on the market. There is the question.

What do you guys suggest? Do the fat burning supplements accelerate the pace of fat burning as oppose to if I were to just "run" and eat "healthy"? What ingredients should I be looking out for? I have heard of a lot of fat burning supplements containing some no-no ingredients.

I guess the ultimate goal of mine would to get leaner. Cutter. I want to look in the mirror and be glad I have obtained a leaner body shape.

So if you guys can help, I would be most appreciative, as always. :):)

as far as i know all you can do is speed up your metabolism with exercise, there have been some studies that show a slight increase by using green tea, caffeine, but nothing as far as i have researched has been conclusive... heres a free ebook to download by tom venuto, unzip with winrar, once downloaded rename it to a shorter title then unzip

You just fucked up by saying your 17, you'll probably be gone soon. Sorry sir :p.

And as far as fat burners go, I have no idea, I dont have a problem losing fat with cardio and watching what I eat.

Aye sir. You are right, Razed. Well, if that happens ill go ahead and let it be. Thx for the help anyways.

Forget about fatburners until you are dropping bodyfat from cardio and diet,if you havn't got the basics sorted then your waisting your time. What does a typical days diet look like,be honest.

Ive tried a few of those fat burning pills in the past and I just didnt like the way they made me feel. The easiest way I lost some of my weight during last summer was running in the morning first thing before I even ate anything. Cutting out soda helped a ton too.

The product that I WILL recommend to you tho which has come from friends recommendations, is Hydroxycut. It's available all over the place and I think is a bit cheaper than most of those other higher end fat burners.

Yeah, sorry dude, but everyone has to be 18 here. It's just to protect MOS legally. So, I must ban you after this post, but do stop back and participate here again once you're 18.

The origional hydroxycut contained eph so it obviously worked very well the non eph version is garbage and like all muscletech products overpriced.
