Hi guys I just bought a new extender and wore it for a few hours. No pain or discomfort when stretched out the most I could to get it strapped in . But now that I realized it ,it doesn't push into my pelvic bone much. I know my girth made it a bit tight but is it suppose to be like that ? I take photos if need so please let me know .

Maybe you need to add a 1/2" bar, and if that's not enough to get you stronger tension then try the 1'' bars.

Alright thanks,I think it's because I'm to close to the gland and need to go a bit down . Trying it now seems like its pushed up on the pelvic but not really stretching it feels like

Yeah you need to add bars, you are at the least amount of tension on that device. You should feel the difference with a 1" bar added for sure.

Make sure to reset all the tension bars too. If the 1" bar isn't enough, then try adding the 1/2" bar.

Thats good bro! Looking at the picture, I can see room for you to start playing with the tension bars to increase the pull. Get used to it first, and go as you feel comfortable with.

Yep,twisted it clockwise to add more length! Not sore anymore fron my 6-8 hours a day sessions. Feel nice loose now! Very comfortable in this extender! It's just a pain in the ass to push down on it and stretch my penis out ! I tend to pinch the skin on the strap.

In neither of your pics have you added tension by turning g the wheels. You don't just add bars. You also increase tension by turning those knufled wheels. They rotate in opposite directions. The thinnest bar with threads on it will crank out and those with the rings segmented on them will start to compress into the first bigger bars above them. Get used to it where all those rings are compressed in and you're just seeing the very last one only.that's high tension.after a while your penis actually stretches and you'll see those other rings appear out of the bars. Turn the wheels again to add tension.
Now, using SRT you want to start with a good manual (hand) stretch routine. Then either keep it cranking with high tension SG session, or just heal extended at low tension... like your pics show.
Keep playing with your SG and reading how to threads you'll get it. Also watch video in box!

Yep bro. You want to start with those screwed down short all the way. Then once your strapped in crank them out to increase tension. When you see threads appear at the top, time yo redo with the next longest bar swapped in...

Have fun
