I saw in the SRT thread that DLD recommends doing erect stretches to help turn flaccid gains into erect ones. However, I can't find very many threads where guys talk about erect stretching, and in most threads guys seem to say don't do it.

I was wondering if anyone had any experience with erect stretching, and could give advice on what to expect or what to do. For the past week I have done 4x 10min sessions in the extender fully erect, and at first it seemed to harden my tunica up slightly, usually for a few hours after exercising. Then after a few days my tunica softened up, and I noticed much more tunica fatigue after workouts. It seems like I have gained almost an inch in flaccid stretching.. but not much in overall erect length.

Same here, can stretch an inch past my erect length but it hasnt translated into erect gains yet. I think ligament and internal stretching might be good while erect but not sure about tunica...

Well normally first you make flaccid gains and after that the flaccid gains translate to erect gains.Just keep doing it

I have already gained 1 and 1/2' inches in flaccid gains, but barely 1/8' in erect length.

You can do it in the extender, but I would recommend doing it as a manual stretch as well. That may be what DLD is talking about more specifically.

If I remember correctly, I saw an illustration of erect stretches being done straight up/left, straight up, and straight up/right.

Erect stretching is the fastest way to close the gap between flaccid stretched and erect gains. It is not rocket science either, simply spend a good 5-10 minutes a day stretching the penis while it is completely erect. This should be in addition to your regular routine.

But be cautious while erect stretching.

Anyone knows what is the comparison between flaccid and erect stretching? and Any info about lig pop

It's not easy to hurt yourself while performing erect stretches. Erect stretching cannot cause any serious injury.
