I currently stretch with my grip over the foreskin which means the foreskin is getting stretched a lot. Some people say that you should roll the foreskin back and grip just under the glans and stretch to get the biggest gains. Does not doing this limit your gains?

I have tried to roll the foreskin down a few times and stretch like that but I really cant do it. I guess i am way too sensitive being uncut.
 
It shouldnt limit your gains at all, that doesnt make sense but it can cause extra skin growth to occur from the base of the penis and from the lower pubic region which than can attach itself to the top of the base region meeting the penis, makeing a turkey neck. I'm not saying everyone who stretches with the skin covering the glans will develop turkey neck, but their chances of getting it are increased compared to those who pull the skin back. When you also have the skin pulled back, you'll feel a more different sensation at the base when stretching as you are hitting the ligaments more and not as much skin being pulled. Use some sock material and wrap that underneath your glans while the skin is pulled back and than stretch. Overtime it will get easier and you wont even think about it.
 
Thanks red. I will try with the sock material and see how it goes. I know overtime it will get easier so I guess the sooner I get doing it the better.

Also, I was going to PM you with some girth advice, mainly about clamping routines. Should I PM you with my questions or is there a thread to post them in?
