I want to know what if i stop the penis enlargement exercises after a month? Does i will go back to my original size?

Probably. After only one month you won't have made very much progress yet and it won't be 'cemented'.

Don't be in a hurry .. PE isn't a race. And if you have to take some time off .. consider that a break and then get back to PE when you can. Also you can do maintenance exercises like Cranks and 'Piss Pulls' etc in mere moments while doing everyday stuff like after taking a piss .. even during time off .. to help prevent decompensation.

depends. I had to take a 3 month break after my first 6 weeks of PE due to vein irritations ("t-vein" as it's wrongly called). I didn't lose any gains during that time (had already gained 0,25" in length and girth before). And I didn't do any exercises during the break.

PE is a lifestyle. Unless you're recovering from an injury I advise not to stop. Maybe stop after you have reached your final goal +0,5 inches (in length/girth- depends on what you're working on) :)

I'd beg to differ (partially, that is). In terms of girth I would restrict that proposition to 1.length and 2.long breaks. When it comes to girth the importance of rest time and fatigue regulation is still vastly underestimated. Check out my thread about the "art of growth enhancing fatigue management", which astonishingly has been widely ignored (at least only superman and vet recently reacted somehow on my report about my new gains after my last 1-week-break, don't know if anybody besides me has given it a try, but i guess not).

Yes, I have read through the thread and I agree that girth requires rest. I have suffered from this and I advocate it as well. But what I meant was not to do PE non-stop. But to stop (quit doing all kind of PE) permanently. I meant that if he wants to have/keep his size (he has gained through PE) he has to go a little above his final goal and then quit. I did not mean that he has to do PE every (!!!!!!!!!) day. Maybe just length, cause the less ligs and tunica heal- the better. But girth- I've been on that boat and I know my friend :).

alright, bro! Don't know, if you really lose anything if you don't continue at least with light jelqing and stretching once you reached your goals, but it surely is beneficial for blood circulation and generally it's better to cultivate PE as a lifestyle since in most cases it will take some time to get where you want to be.

btw: since you're somewhat the archivist of the MOS forums LMAO and might have a better overview than anyone else here I'd wanted to ask you if u know where DLD said something about fatigue management option of a deloading phase (the scheme of x days out after x weeks which I'm following right now). Because I can't remember to have read anything about it in the past (that's why I started a new thread on that subject). But then again, I haven't nearlyread as much as you.

If you seek 7 inches length, get to 7.5 inches so when you stop PE, you only lose the 0.5 and keep the 7 inches. But if you get to 7.5 inches and you do weekly maintenance by training once a week, you will keep the whole 7.5 inches.

I thought 0.25 inch past your goal size was enough? This changes things. Thank you for this information.
