Don't know, if you really lose anything if you don't continue at least with light jelqing and stretching once you reached your goals, but it surely is beneficial for blood circulation and generally it's better to cultivate PE as a lifestyle since in most cases it will take some time to get where you want to be.

and might have a better overview than anyone else here I'd wanted to ask you if u know where DLD said something about fatigue management option of a deloading phase (the scheme of x days out after x weeks which I'm following right now). Because I can't remember to have read anything about it in the past (that's why I started a new thread on that subject). But then again, I haven't nearlyread as much as you.
