The 3 steps are: 900 g, 1200g, 1500g.
If you see one hexagon cylinder, you are stretching at 1500g, 2 visible hexagon cylinders 1200g, 3 .... 900 g.
It depends (the tension)on for how long and used you are to the
extender. Doing it directly after hanging is a perfect idea!
Try to put it on as fast as possible after the hanging session, In the long run you should aim at 2 hexagon cylinders visible (1200g). This is the classic recommendation for
extender use.
But with this direct after intense stretch you could set it to almost 1500 g, wait 10 minutes or so and your penis will ease fast into 1200 g and keep the same stretch length of course.
it´s like the penis eases into that length because it has prior recently been intense stretched. This usually happens when a person uses the
extender, but this has allowed the lengthening process to be a lot faster for me.
Also while you are in the sets and have eased down to 1200g, and after awhile you might ease down to lower, then you should screw up the tension a bit so you´re back to 1200g (without removing the
extender of course).
But it depends on how long you´ve been using an
extender, if you´re new to it, I recommend a bit lighter tension in every step.
