Really? I had no idea you were hanging now. I know a while back you expressed the same concerns I had. How long exactly have you been hanging and what kind of gains have you seen.

I just have so little time it's really not an option.

Clearly I am getting my ass kicked and I am not going to win any prize in this contest.

I think I've fought the good fight in terms of making posts about relevant topics, as DLD talked about, but it's not going to happen. I've learned a lot. I guess I lose a certain amount of motivation, but I'm going to try to keep motivated to visit daily.

Hey pengiuns fan, im on my 2/3rd week hanging now, i use the hanger Red showed me in my progress thread. Its cheap to make and works great. I have to say its the best idea for Penis Enlargementing ive used yet, i can hang and do other stuff at the same time. This safes me alot of time and i can get a good hour in hanging every night. I seriously recommed trying it. As for gains, well you will have to wait for my measuring day but lets just say its been the best EL gains ive seen so far so far.

I'll keeping it in mind, but I'm going to give manual work some time yet. I really haven't been at it for very long and I'm not ready to pass judgment on it at this point. Once I get accustomed to regular routines I'll be switching to A stretches and more advance techniques.
