DLD,

Can you tell me what you ate/cut out to lose so much weight? And what exercise program you were on?

Stevie:)

I'm not tryin to speak for DLD here, but losing weight is not as difficult as a lot think it is.

Yes, it is hard work. But, so is Penis Enlargement.

If you want something, you have to be dedicated enough to do what is necessary to achieve it. Losing weight is simple math. Calories out < Calories In

Totally agree with long horn. Losing weight does take time as well. I mean you did not put all that extra weight on over night so dont expect to take it off over night. CALORIES CALORIES CALORIES. Learn all you can about this and youll be on your way in no time. Your body needs a certain amount of calories daily eat less and youll loose eat more and you gain.

lose weight by cutting out all refined sugar, and white bread, then see the weight fall off.

Its easy to figure out but tricky to stick with for many. Burn more calories than you consume and you'll lose weight but you dont want to loose muscle aswell, do you? too much cardio and sudden drop in calories can make the body eat its own protein stores, which incl the muscle so its wise to plan your routine out accordingly and read the great e-book's from Tom Venuto and Chris Aceto who are great in this field, look into it.

Lastly, folk can easily turn to things like clenbuterol ''clen'' to help them in this process but my advice is stay way from it and try doing things naturally. You could use supplements that help with fat burning but makesure they aren't the type like clen and dont have nasty sides or potential longterm health complications.

Eh. For beginners, I think it is better to focus purely on diet and cardio. Once they feel they have a grasp on that, extras can be added in.

It's kind of like when I see guys that are just starting out in the gym and they want to use steroids. Learn how to do it correctly first....for years, and then worry about other stuff :)

Calories in < calories out is the best way to start...you have to find an exercise program you ENJOY or you won't stick to it.
