Hey hey,

Sorry for all the posts and questions. I'm learning so much.

I'd like to find out the program you used that got you your gains. The program and all the tools.

Please let me know and share links to the programs/logs.

I just created a thread where we could talk about this.
So, I would start at program 1? Then move on from there to the next program?

I think I will need to up the stretching game because at the moment I'm.only doing bundled stretching once a day and then 3-4 x 40 minute sessions with the pro extender. I might have to start using a broom stick as well or some other modification because we don't have the LM in South africa and I only be able to get it in the new year.

I think I might not be stretching it as hard as you are. I'll up that.

I'm aware this is not an explanation of how I got to where I am today, but my progress thread are that. I have logged everything in this thread where these programs are located. As I mentioned I'm working on a tutorial, to summarize everything in step by step instructions.

But keep it simple. I want to explain everything here but that's not possible.

đź”— Final broomstick routine.
This was the final routine I was using before switching to LengthMaster 3. I got approximately 1 Inch length increase from this routine. This routine is based on the newbie routine in the MOS DVD.
 
The key is to increase the intensity progressively when you're doing length work.

After reading all the programs and things I think I've settled on what you started with @squirt_inducer_man

My daily program is going to look like this:

Morning
5 minutes heated bean bag
The newbie bundled stretches (Those stretches from DLD newbie)
20 minutes of the Broom stick stretches (what I do is I hold each stretch for one minute, trying to increase the tension as time goes on. This way I effectively get 4 sets of each stretch)

Afternoon - Evening
3 x 40 minute sessions with the pro-extender 3 on max traction
After each session I have started edging with castor oil and vitamin E for about 10 minutes. The reason for this is that I've found it helps heal the area faster. I stopped doing this for a few days last week and found that the pain the next day was very uncomfortable and also, there was some swelling that wasn't there when I was edging it.
Edging only for the blood flow, there's no "happy ending". The edging has a purpose

Evening before bed
5 minutes bean bag heating
20 minutes of your broomstick stretches with the same idea.

I will also be wrapping my shaft, just lightly to keep it in a sort of elongated state and add some castor oil to the bandage as well just for healing.


Sidenote:
I learned yesterday that if I do the pro-extender stretches and then do the broomstick afterwards that it hurts a lot, so I'm going to try and space those to have at least 2 hours between them so that I can still stretch it.

I'll order the lenghtmaster in January after my surgery.

I also won't be measuring for some time because I think I get obsessed with measuring and when I don't see progress in the few days after I started then I get slightly negative.

I believe your program works and I just have to stick to it. If you could get almost 3 inches in 5 months then there's no reason I can't achieve the same.

I'll do this program for the next 60 days and hopefully I'll see some real noticeable results.

I'm currently at 5.5 inches with an initial goal of getting to 8 inches. Once I reach that goal, I will set a new goal of joining the 10 inch club.

I'll keep the faith.

3 x 40 minute sessions with the pro-extender 3 on max traction
If you're doing hard manual stretches + using an extender at max traction this may be to much. Healing is as important as active stretching. Manual bundled stretches with your hands, power assist or LengthMaster 3 is superior because you have more control, and your able to adjust the angles of the stretches deep inside your inner tissue, inner penis amd ligaments. You do not have that control with an extender.

The extender can be used to keep your penis more extended then you can keep it with a penis elongation wrap. The wrap I was using are good because it keeps me semi-elongated and expanded throughout the entire day. This have been important to cement my gains. This is the rule: Never let your penis shrink into itself/turteling. This is an important rule to cement gains. Also do not use tight underwear or pants, if you do this will compress the tissue and you will see slower gains. Read SRT for more info on this.

I believe your program works and I just have to stick to it. If you could get almost 3 inches in 5 months then there's no reason I can't achieve the same.
This is exactly what I'm trying to promote. I'm not a superhuman. My belief is that everyone should be able to get fast growth, that is: faster then the common prediction, at least when it comes to length gains.

3 months length 0.25"-0.5 "
6 months length 0.75"-1"
1 year length 1"-2"
3 months girth 0.25"
6 months girth 0.5"
1 year girth 0.75"-1"

Note this is incremental and the measurements for each month or year.

But there are many factors that determine how fast you will grow. Maximizing the temporary elongation and keeping your penis in an elongated state all day long is key. You should not keep your penis elongated during sleep, when you sleep let everything rest.

Do you think you can restructure and do, 30 min x 2 times/day with active bundle stretches, and then later just keep your penis elongated (not max traction).

The key with what I did was to stretch really intense with active stretching, and then keep my penis elongated. Focus on bundled stretches are better then putting to much time into active extender work (maximum tention).

Hope this helps. This is just some thoughts I had. We all gain at diffrent rates...but there are factors that determine how fast growth you will experience.

This is so true. Look to your brothers for advice and help. But make sure your program is tallored to your growth.
