I do 15 clockwise/15 counter clockwise with my right then my left hand before/after hanging. It is a great warmup/cooldown exercise, but has anybody found them to be an effective part of their routine.

These are great any time. lighter during a warm up or with more intensity during your training. Do even more of them!!

Out of all the manual stretches Rotary Cranks hit more angles and depending on how much intensity you use the more you will gain using this stretch. The only position it does not reach is the Behind the Cheeks so this exercise should be included in the routine to capture gains from the rear.

The more I've been doing rotary cranks, the better they seem to be getting.

It seems doing the behind the cheeks exercise with the length master is very intense. I think @squirt_inducer_man is doing it as his main routine.

I want to see if it's possible to do bundled expressive stretching and mimick the behind the cheeks pattern of stretching behind the cheeks.
