Could it be the BEST stretch for correcting downward curve ?

I think you really need to focus on doing some erect bends everyday as part of your jelqing routine to correct or create any kind of curve.
 
Down and Out is a fulcrum exercise and will do little to help fix or create a bend. The two best methods of straightening are erect jelqing in the direction against the curve to straighten or with the curve to create. The other would be the SizeGenetics worn for multiple sessions throughout the day.m
