I sent my X-40 Bathmate back to the company to be fixed due to a hole in the rubber gaiter piece. My Bathmate is 2 years old and way past the warranty card limit, but I was instructed to return it with a form that I filled out. Now that I have sent it back, I cannot get a status on it from Bathmate the company and Agust. I have sent e-mails to them both with no reply. I am getting alittle nervous because I have not got any info on my Bathmate since it was shipped off. Can anyone help me with this issue?
