I sent my X-40 Bathmate back to the company to be fixed due to a hole in the rubber gaiter piece. My Bathmate is 2 years old and way past the warranty card limit, but I was instructed to return it with a form that I filled out. Now that I have sent it back, I cannot get a status on it from Bathmate the company and Agust. I have sent e-mails to them both with no reply. I am getting alittle nervous because I have not got any info on my Bathmate since it was shipped off. Can anyone help me with this issue?
 
wow 2 years old, nice to meat a real old timer :)
They probably make so many repairs you would be better off buying a new one...

That is a bummer King. After two years I would not necessarily expect them to give you the needed repairs for free, but at least they could answer your emails and give you a status update. They've got to address their customer service issues!

well for now they are kings of Penis Enlargement no other devise is like theirs, wait till the competition catches up, theyll be responding with care!

Unfortunately you may be right Alex. I would hope that Bathmate would see the light and realize they can't continue to run a business on poor customer service and that they must address these issues without being forced into it by competition. That just leaves a bad taste in everyone's mouth and is not conducive to a long-term business plan.

Well I spoke with Bathmate aka Agust about the Bathmate being 2 years old and filled him in on the whole situation and he suggested that I send it back. I would not have done it any otherwise. I agree that Bathmate needs to resolve their customer service issues with a toll free 1-800 number or instant chat. Are they still taking applications for their customer service positions?

Last I heard they were still looking for help. I know Agust has been out of the office until today so if you are trying to get a hold of him he is back now.
 
I hope he can help resolve this issue for me DLD. I'm really looking forward to getting my X-40 back so I can start the HBS(Hardcore Bathmate Stretches lol). I just might apply for the customer service position. That way they have an actual user of the product that can better help customers with their Bathmate issues. Hopefully I hear from either Bathmate or Agust soon.
 
I sent Agust the tracking # in a private message. Hope to hear something by tomorrow.

Thats unfortunate a company with such a great product has so many complaints about their customer service. What is going on with that DLD do they need customer service agents? I sent them my resume a while back and I could really use a job.

No King, you are right on. Any company that doesn't place customer service as their top priority will eventually fail. People will only put up with it for so long regardless of how special their product might be. If we are going to part with our hard earned cash, we must have good service, period.

I've only ever had amazing customer service from them. Perhaps that's because I dealt with UK Bathmate
 
Over the past two weeks Agust was out of the office. He came back yesterday and I sent him this link to look into.

I'm glad you've had that experience Simyan. It tells me they are capable, it just has to carry over for the USA I guess.

That's good to hear Dan_Clizer, atleast someone got some good customer service from them. He explained to me that the repairs are done by the manufacturer and he cannot get a status update on it. I was offered a Bathmate at a reduced price from Agust, but as I explained to him, I cannot afford it even at the reduced price because I have been laid-off my job. Hopefully I hear or receive my X-40 from Bathmate because I really want to start doing Hardcore stretches.
