This is a post by tbirdy who has a great way to fix uneven chambers if you find you have them or have developed them.

I found out why I now have them, I have semi recently developed uneven chambers. It was coming from my cable clamp.

I would do all day clamping and used it for workouts to help maintain erection and stimulate girth. Which it did and does. The problem came when I started to grow more girth on my left chamber than my right.

Took me a LONG time to figure out why that was going on. When I wore the cable clamp I would always wear it the same direction with the hinge on the right side and the opening gate on the left. I did this because if I wore it the other way it would hurt very soon after wearing it. I couldnt figure out why, I kept thinking I just needed to get used to it on that side. WRONG.

Turns out if you get the cable clamp and feel on the inside of the hinge, the side that is touching your cock, there are 2 small bumps after you close the clamp. These bumps will inhibit the blood flow slightly into your cock and possibly cause chamber imbalance. Especially if you always wear it on the same side. I found a way to fix this and make the cable clamp ALOT more comfortable all at the same time.

1. Adjust your cable clamp until it is about the same amount of clicks it would be on if you were wearing it.

2. Feel the 2 little bumps on the hinge side(not the side that opens).

3. Grab a hardware store file and even out the bumps until they are smooth.

I've found after I do this that I can wear the clamp more comfortably and longer without taking it off or adjusting. In fact after I "fixed" my clamp I forgot I was wearing the clamp when I was wearing it. Something that NEVER happened before then.

Hydromaxmm sounds interesting and something I can address in the next revision.
I always used to wear myn so the clicking portion was on the TOP of the penis.
I can understand why uneven growth has appeared from having them in such a position. If you look the C-clamp has a chamber like appearence....so if this was placed with the grippers facing sideways than the chamber shape would be pushing in a funny spot. If you have it like I did, the chamber shape kinda falls into place with the natrual shape of our own penis.

Wouldnt that then slightly limit your bottom chamber as the hinge creates pressure on that bottom chamber instead. Assuming I have your positioning correct. In thinking back werent you trying to enlarge that chamber and having slight issue. Memory is sketchy on that one. May not have been you.

I wear mine with the hinge on the sides.. is this an incorrect way to wear it ?

If this is true, and CC actually can cause uneven growth than I WANT TO HELP prevent this. As the maker of the guide that set all this rolling I feel partly responsible for this. I did highly rec' and still do the Cable clamp. But if its doing things like this than it needs looking at closely. More members with uneven chambers from useing CC need to come fourth. You may be only one outta many, but still. Shame really because I have NEVER had problems with the CC. It isnt great for enlargeing the CS chamber [Bottom - underneath penis] and thats where you may be getting confused with me and uneven chambers before. However other constricted exercises work for developing that area.

Not necessarily incorrect, but that is how I wore mine. The small bumps you feel on the hinge side can restrict blood flow unevenly between the left and right chamber. If you file them down it is more comfortable and wont do that. Make sure when you file them down to have the clamp on the same amount of clicks as if you were wearing it.

I see one hump on my cable clamp. Ofcourse, since there is one hump, there are 2 valleys. Seems pretty small though.

The hump does seem pretty small until you file it off and realize how much more comfortable it is. Your cock has ALOT more nerve endings than your fingers and it can feel the difference. Since I filed mine down I, the right(smaller) chamber is starting to slowly get bigger.

If you file it down, MAKE SURE to put it on the same amount of clicks you would have it on as if you were wearing it.

That's why I use a multiclamp. It's still the best thing for doing Extreme Ulies, in my opinion.

I've been clamping on and off for over a year using the cable clamps. The past two months I have dedicated my routines toward girth. Clamping has been my main tool. Just the other night I noticed that the top left side (mid-shaft) of my penis was larger than the right. It almost looked swollen. This was before reading this particular thread. I could only reason that it was due to the fact that I basically install the clamp the same each time and that in so doing I was evidently applying more pressure to that particular area. I decided to break for a few days and then come back and move the clamps around. If this works I will report back.

It caused it for me and I filed down the nubs and it seems to be correcting itself. Also, try wearing it the way red does and that will help as well.

It will take more than a couple of days and if you just switch around the sides you may notice it happening on the flip side. File them down and it is more comfortable.
