Breaking medical news!!!

Well I got a T-vein finally...I'm not to suprised I had my first intense workout in awhile and then like a dumbass the very next morning I wack it twice...anyway I was worried and did some research and spoke to my mother about it all (she's a nurse) so after looking up all the info through her medical books the conclusion is this. You just have to wait it out. Hot compress will relieve discomfort, aspirin will not do anything to really help. Best thing is to leave it be and if it aches to a point of unbearable use a hot compress. (moist warm heat)

Also DLD suggest baby aspirin...I discovered many numerous side affects with that medication so there is a far safer alternative. Vitiamin B specifically Thirobin (sp) Anyway it won't thin the blood like aspirin does (which does help circulation but can cause stomach ulcers) Vitiamin B will help with circulation and it even increases metabolism....so it might be a safer investment.

Well after reading up I think it's the T-lymph vessel....I was a bit confused by this because it just so happens to be the lymph vessel under my largest vein/artery in my penis. A T-vein the skin will be tender and appear irritated and you DO NOT I repeate DO NOT want to massage it AT ALL. A T-lymph vessel is kind of the same except the skin itself appears normal and you're not really tender you do however tend to ache. The best for both problems is simply time. You can hot compress for the comforting of aches, but don't soak in warm water. The t-lymph vessel is a bruising and will heal in time the T-vein is a clot of sorts (though not severe at all) and will dissolve on it's own. So really best thing is don't cause any more "trauma" no sex, no masturbation, no jelqing (still stretch a bit as it appears to help but nothing intense)

Do you know how long it usually takes to heal?

Well the normal time frame is 1 to 2 weeks. A T-vein and a Bruised Lymph vein are about the same in appearance. So my advice is not to try any oils or massages or anything of that nature. Hot compress and that's it. Don't do much playing either and if you take a hot bath you'll see area appear more swollen (the heat kinda draws out the area) it really isn't that bad of a deal though I've left my alone for about 4 days now and have noticed the improvement. Erections are also kind of bad for this cause under pressure you see it pop up even when you think it's gone :( So best thing low erection % don't irritate it with oil/massaging and if it aches use a hot compress...

Time is the only real "cure" and if you read other post they'll tell you "I did this for 2 weeks and it cleared up" Well if they had not done it and left their penis to heal itself it still would have only taken 2 weeks!

What are the recommendations for avoiding them in the first place?
