about the toilets. maybe in the US you have different toilet, I live in israel and you need to have 8 inch flaccid dick to reach the water(with the sit on)

Yup, toilets are different around the world! For me the toilets at cruiseships have been an slight issue. The ones sailing in Scandinavia, Estonia and such. I can't recall how it was in Saipan, but that was years ago and I didn't do PE around that time so much.

I would also think it has to do with your hang, some have quite loose ligaments and hang lower, even if their flaccid penis isn't 8 inches or so.
