I mean I have been afflicted with severe peyronies which has significantly reduced the length and girth.
I used to be 7.5 long and just a touch under 7 girth, now I'm about 3 long and 3.5 girth.
I'm pretty destroyed.

Sorry to hear that brother. Yes, it nearly happened to me when I met my wife as well. She was quite a nymph back then, and all I can say is my penile fate was nearly like yours. Slow process is a correct move. You have two options actually. Try the SRT - Suppressed-Restricted-Transposition Theory first. Scroll down to around 3/4 of the information post and you will see a newbie bundled routine. Read through it to understand the techniques first. From there, allow your penile shaft to readjust to the incremental tensions from the routines before we go forward.Thank you very much.

By the way, make sure to monitor the pulling traction force. At this point in time, pull the foreskin back completely to expose the coronal ridge (the corona) of your glans. Grab below the glans's base, with both hands using OK grips, and pull downwards. Pull until you feel a light dull achy feeling. The achy feeling should not have any pain. It should be one level before any pain at all. Remember that point when you pull on your penis at any angle. This is your tollerance zone. Pay attention very carefully as you pull. There should not be any pain when you perform any exercise.
