I have read up on some older stuff about this topic. It seems like a legit idea. Anyone currently doing them or know much about it?
 
That would be pretty intense. It will be just like any other jelq (maybe less intense due to grip comfort problems), but I think the only advantage over the normal jelq would be additional PC muscle targeting. Downward jelqing puts pressure on the pelvic floor muscles and I can only imagine that behind the balls would target it even more. Plus, It might sound crazy, but it might act as a ligament stretching exercises- just as the behind the cheeks. Tonight I might give it a try and tell you my feedback :) It is pretty awesome you mentioned that- it seems like a nice idea. Did you try it yourself? :)
 
i tried it a little. i seemed to have better luck with the bottom edge of my palm (kinda lie a karate chop) than with my fingers. obviously we arent chopping anything. I cant find it again, someone on here perfected the technique of using a slightly deflated football to do it. I believe they set it on a hard chair, not a couch or lazyboy, then he would sit on the football and on the chair backwards....lean back and kegel blood into the crank.....then slowly lean forward until the pressure was quite a bit.

I'll keep searching for it! the thread was named something like "get huge before sex"....not sure how i found it or why i cant now.
