Just got my email back from Bathmate, Listen to this!!! Ok..so I got my x40, too big, been trying to trade it with them for an x40. The company tells me YOU CANT RETURN OR EXCHANGE THESE!!! ONLY if you have purchased a X-40 OR an x40 from them AND you have to wait six weeks to return it too. Period. No x40 OR X-40 returns!!! WTF!! AND I am having problems with it to boot!!! Air leakage severe! This is Friggin bullshit!! I cant believe this...Gimme your $200 bucks good luck! I am flat out pissed!! SO MAKE SURE YOU WATCH DLD'S Bathmate VIDEO ON SIZING....>:(

I'm willing to bet that the law has something to do with prohibiting the use of the USPS, or other parcel carriers, to transport goods that once contained potentially disease carrying, infectious human genitals and/or the fluids expelled by such.

And those pesky public health laws!?!

I'm sure the folks at Bathmate (among others) fully appreciate the fact that they don't have to handle merchandise that has been all over any random dick in creation.

It ain't bull-shit, it's common-sense.

That's why there's this, right there on Bathmateusa, for all to see:

You should have no problem with the X40, the science of hydraulic stays the same for any given volume so a X40 or X40 will provide pretty much the same effect just one has an increased volume which hopefully you will grow into.

Have you done anything about the air/vacuum issue? Is it around the base of the gaiter? (Shaved or Trimmed close)
Is it leaking around the release valve? (twist the top of valve and see if it changes?) (is it leaking from the discharge valve where the lock is?)

We are more than willing to help but you have to be willing to help yourself here so we can assit you get this up and working correctly.

I would appreciate it..I don't get it really ive had a herc for two or three years now. When I fill it up, its locked,i position it, unlock then pump. It will shoot out water like normal upon the depress stroke, BUT upon the return it is sucking HUGE bubbles inside.. half the damn water comes out and theres no pressure. It is really weird. Any advice? ive pumped it on the counter to clear debris.. nothing, im getting frustrated with it..im already almost over tryn to get it to work and stick with the herc..which is awesome! If I could just get THAT valve on the x40...?:(

Ok, let's try this.
I want you to draw a bath, and suBathmateerge the device fully and get all the air out you can, now get yourself ready then in the tub.
Put the device in place and pump while keeping it under water until you reach your max pressure. Is it holding or slowly leaking down? If it's a slow leak lift the tip out of the water carefully and as the air gets sucked in rapidly you will know if it's the discharge valve that is leaking or the release valve that is leaking.

If it's the release valve try twisting it back and forth or round and round bouncing the spring to make sure the o-ring is seated, now clear the air out and try again.
If it's the discharge valve try cleaning it, pop the top cap off and wash the valve and seat well and then put it back together and try again.

If you don't have an air leak there you will know it's the body to device seal that's bad, trim closer or shave and reposition the device until you get good contact.

My money is the on the release valve not being seated or the valve is a bit tight and sticking and not sealing fully.
Push down on the release and let it snap up as you rotate the valve several times and I bet you will solve the problem. It seems that a lot of these valve are coming out of the factory a bit tight and need some time and use before they wear in and stop sticking.

I just switched out the valves with the replacement and it worked. I also tried to get a refund, but couldn't. It is also too big for me, my balls keep getting sucked in, that's why I'm trying to sell mine for 150$, barely used. PM me if you want it.

Ill give it a shot tonight scat, I'm hoping its a simple fix. Really to get going on my new routine here.. I got some gains from my herc but really want to get that 35% more powe to get more. Thanks Scat ill hit you back with the results. Skid.. I am having a too big issue too but I have found that if you push the bottom lip against those boys in the scrotum and roll it upward it'll pin them in there. and they stay put. LMAO

Well I kinda fixed it...lol got in the tub, sat down and Twisted the valve, and pushed in the release valve at the same time..WE were suBathmateerged...no air.. and PRESTO! Fixed
but stood and tried it old school...Leaking again. Heres the skinny..when I stand up theres a little air in the top of the gaiter, im guessing when im turning it down to install some water comes out. well that turns into a bubble when its on, and if its held upwards(like the directions say) if no water is in the tip..air..nothing but air...
