bathmats broke first day

well the seller is amazon actually so not a third seller. i don't have any warranty left on the bathmate so amazon won't replace it. its an original since amazon sells them directly.

so i contacted amazon now, they will replace the bathmate if its really an fake, since the officially sell them as originals. But I need some official statement from the Bathmate company that this is a fake, (maybe cause of the spring?). Can i get one from bathmate here?

Chris here from Bathmate can you please inbox me the serial number located on the back of the instruction manual.
I can then do a production system check to see if the pump is genuine.

on the package back there is the SN number: 1030762 : is that the one?

so amazon send me a new device , it will be here next week, i just have to send the broken device back.

Did you already get an invoice for the replacement? Hopefully you don't end up in the same position.
I wonder if they did any investigation to who's sending them the BM products when they're doing fulfillments.

they will send me the exact same bathmate again. its not a third seller , amazon sells them directly here in germany .

Yes the pump is one of ours. Batch date was 2012, so it is an old stock pump.
Glad to hear the seller has issued a replacement pump for you.
