That is the max point, I mean you can squeeze another .5" but it will happen fast and you will need the X-40 anyway.
 
I have to admitt DLD I bought Hydromax. And yes indeed I can't pump anymore with it =) "my penis got too big"... very good suction though. I must use X-40 from now on but it's so hard to pump in shower with it..

Join the club! The new Penomet Mega will be released soon too. The Bathmate X-40 is incredible, I just wish they released a mid size model, news it they will soon.
 
I have a question: I am actually 6.9" NBPenis EnlargementL and when at maximum pump, despite I dont a big fat pat, if I had more .7 I would surely top the X-40.
Could I be measuring it wrong? Could I be using too much pressure on my Bathmate?

Something is off, at 7" you should not be maxing the length out of a X-40.
