I used the Bathmate Goliath back in 2009 onwards for several years. Found it to be really useful and it does work. I would combine it with other penis enlargement methods to help with the gains, but not too much, otherwise you can overdo it. Things to add would be jelqing, manuel stretches or clamping. It all helps. Pumping on its own will still yield permanent results, but from my experience its more fruitful if you combine it with several other ingredients.

Actually, it was always my intention to do length work before girth. I just neglected to mention that part. Apologies. Here is my issue: I have ordered a Length Master, as well as an X40 Hydromax (which reminds me, my PayPal account sent me an email acknowledging my order for the hydromax, several days ago, I but have received no corresponding email with shipping info, tracking etc. Lengthmaster, I am happy to say, has cleared Canadian customs and appears to be on it's way). I also ordered a Phallogauge all day stretcher, but that seems to have dropped off the radar too! Regardless, let's assume they all arrive in the next week or two. What I'm trying to figure out is how to incorporate all 3 devices in a manner where the one does not detract from the desired results of the others. So, the best I can figure is I get up fairly early, do my LM stretching work, then on to girth work with the Hydromax and clamping, jelq etc. Then the problems! Here I am, pumped to the hilt, stretching has already been done previously, and now I want to keep an all day stretch with the Phallogauge (and it could be any of many ADS devices). But each of them require compressing the penile tissues which I've just finished spending considerable time expanding. Doesn't make sense to me. So, my question is, other than having two separate workouts, morning and night, how do you incorporate both in the morning in order to maximize both length and girth, while still using an ADS? I don't want to use the Phallosan as I'm a light sleeper and I think it would keep me awake. So, any ADS I use would have to be during the day. Another problem, as I understand it, is that after major girth work, it is desirable to maintain the achieved expansion via a cock ring or some other method such as a cable clamp used in clamping etc. But...how do you do that and still have an ADS working? I just can't figure out how to implement all of these elements into one consistent practice. Unless one just says "I'll just work on length for now, and girth later on." Or vice versa. I hope this is clear. I want to make this work, but how??? I know I'm throwing a lot of questions, but I can't be the only one who has wondering about these things. Hope someone here can help. DLD, you're the man. What say you? All others welcome to chime in of course.

Hey Redzulu2003. Thanks for the comments. I remember you from way back, over a decade ago. We've both been in this game a long time, but you are still here and contributing. My compliments!!! I've been out of PE for several years and want to give it one last go in my senior years. Hey, gaining an inch or more in the next 8 months (my goal) would be pretty cool. And I'm doing it for me, no one else. I won't be over the hill at 62 by then, so might even be able to use it LOL. I'm still a little skeptical of the BM, because I've purchased multiple pumps in the past, spanning decades, and used them for fairly long periods of time without any permanent results. But, the knowledge base has certainly grown, and back then, I knew little about girth work such as jelq, compression squeeses, clamping etc. That can all change the equation. We shall see, soon enough!

Hey Fill, I am pretty new here so I am not sure if my limited experience will help. I understand what you are saying in regards to putting on the ADS after your girth routine. What worked better for me was doing light manual stretches in the morning and then wearing my PF all day for at least 8 to 10 hours. That evening i will do my routine with the LM followed by my BM session. I did try doing it the other way and the expansion after the BM session was so much that i had to use a larger sleeve on my PF to maintain suction but after a while the post pump expansion would decrease leading to some loss of suction. I hope this helps a little

Yeah, the typical penis pumps can be disadvantageous because they're essentially putting more uneven pressure on the penis. Hydro pumping evens the pressure along the entire penis and prevents the pressure getting too high, to a level that cannot be managed. This was certainly the technology back on the Hercules and Goliath's from Bathmate, cant see why that would have changed with the more advanced models.

Hydro pumping is more comfortable then dry pumping due obviously to the water creating a nice sleeve or cushion around the penis. If you wear a condom, yes a condom, while you pump, it will help reduce fluid build-up.

Thanks for the tip Red. I have a question and hope that it does not sound dumb but if you wear a condom during pumping would that cause any restriction in expansion? I have seen the condom mentioned here on the site but have not tried it yet. I do SSJ between sets and don't have a big problem with FR after pumping but have had it happen just not severe
 
I have never had it interfere with expansion, but I understand you point. Use a standard size.
 
It's been barely a month and 10 days since I started using my bathmate and I'm already seeing some sort of changes.

Well I'd say it's temporary but the bathmate is so magical in providing gains especially when you do it the way Dan Clizer suggested.
