Bathmate customer service

Hello all, I recently ordered a Bathmate X-40 on February 4th from Bathmate.com. Immediately after my purchase i received an order confirmation number sent to my email indicating me of a successful payment transaction. Then on the 8th i emailed info@Bathmateonline.co.uk to see if they had a routing number with the shipping information. I did not get a reply and sent another email on the 11th and still have not heard back from them. I understand they are switching or have changed distributors but i see no excuse for not replying to a customer's emails. if there are any Bathmate rep's on this board that could help me out i would greatly appreciate it. thanks

I ordered my Bathmate 7 days before the size genetics and mos package.. now I have received the size genetics and MOS package 2 days ago... i have feeling the Bathmate isnt going to come at all by now, its been 13 days now since ive ordered the Bathmate..how long did it ake most of you fellas out there to receive your Bathmate is what I want to know..if not received by sun down today I will notify their customer support ASAP.. >

so im not the only one going through this bs... but I ordered mine a few days bedore you did.. it should of been here by now if we werent scamed.. i wonder how long it usually takes for customers to receive theirs, if someone out there could shed info on that it be highly apreciated?

i ordered the X-40 using the link provided by redzulu on the 6th. the email i received following the purchase said that domestic deliveries done in the US could take 5-10 business days....if being delivered from abroad, it could take 10-21 days. I'm gonna give it a week to see what happens.

yeah same here. Two weeks now and i haven't got a single reply from Bathmate.com customer service. I find that truly appalling.

I have heard that Bathmate.com is a fake site based in korea or taiwan or something like that. Being from canada, I ordered mine from Bathmate.ca which Bathmate_helps confirmed to be an official affiliate. Both Bathmate_helps and Bathmate.ca were quick to respond to my concerns.

so the first Bathmate site that pops up on google's search engine is a fake? I hope your wrong on that. they use paypal so it looks legit. im super frustrated and confused right now. all i want is my darn Bathmate.

I'm not sure if I'm allowed to link to a competing website but if you search for GoodLookingLoser and Bathmate, in his review he mentions that Bathmate.com is a scam. A couple of quick searches also turns up frustrated customers such as yourself who have ordered from that site. That's all I know. Hopefully we can prevent others from going what you're going through. I'm sorry for your frustration and I hope you get it sorted out.
